📌本公司主辦之活動（包括但不限於音樂節、演唱會、見面會、簽售會等），於會員期間內皆享有提前公售優先搶購的權利。
📌Star Citizenship members enjoy access to ticket sales one day before the general public for events organized by TeamGaia throughout their membership. Eligible events include, but are not limited to, music festivals, concerts, fan meetings, and autograph sessions.

📌Members can purchase tickets one day before the general public for TeamGaia-organized events.

📌優先購的訂單必會獲得比公售更靠前的序號
📌Tickets purchased during the early-access sale will have earlier entry numbers than tickets purchased during the general sale.

📌演出優先購將全面開票，售罄之票種將不再於公售時販售
📌All ticket categories will go on sale during the early-access period. Any category that sells out during early access will not be available during the general sale.

-特定演唱會VIP權益若推出的限定周邊販售規則，或僅於演唱會現場販售的周邊則不適用優先購，請詳閱並依各活動公告為準。
-Early access doesn’t apply to merchandise subject to special sales arrangements for VIP benefits at certain concerts. Please refer to each event's official announcement for details.

-本會員資格自購買日起開通生效，效期至 2027/12/31 止（中途購買者到期日亦相同）。

-每場演出將發送優先購連結及優先購資格碼郵件，優先購買資格須於各活動公告優先購截止時間內購買會員方可獲得該場次的優先購買資格。
-Members will receive an early-access link and code will be emailed for each event. Membership must be purchased before the deadline announced for each event.

會員注意事項
Membership Terms & Conditions

1. 權益限本人使用，不得轉讓、加價或供他人冒名使用，若有加價轉讓之舉報，將移送法辦並終身取消會員資格。
   Benefits are non-transferable and for personal use only. Reselling at a markup may result in legal action and permanent membership cancellation.
2. 本服務屬即時開通之數位內容，經您同意購買後即完成提供，不適用 7 天鑑賞期退換貨。
   This digital service is fulfilled immediately upon purchase. By purchasing, you consent to immediate provision and waive the 7-day right of withdrawal.
3. 會員購買、取消、退款及解除契約等事項，依相關法令及會員服務條款辦理。
   Purchases, cancellations, refunds, and termination are subject to applicable laws and membership terms.
4. 主辦單位如需調整會員服務內容，將另行公告，並依法保障會員權益。
   TeamGaia may modify membership services with notice, in accordance with applicable laws.
5. 會員申請所提供之個人資料，將依個人資料保護相關法令處理。
   Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• 本節目網站購票僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證之會員購買，購票前請先"加入會員"並盡早完成"手機號碼及電子郵件地址"驗證，以便進行購票流程，建議可於會員"設定"中的"報名預填資料"先行存檔「姓名」和「手機」，可減少購票時間快速進行下一步。
  The ticket purchase for this event through the website is only available to members who have completed verification of their phone number and email address. Before purchasing tickets, please "join as a member" and promptly complete the "phone number and email address" verification process to facilitate the ticket purchase procedure. It is recommended to save "name" and "phone number" in the "pre-fill information for registration" section under "settings" to expedite the ticket purchase process. This can be done in advance to reduce the time required for purchasing tickets and proceed quickly to the next steps

  The order confirmation notification email may not be delivered due to various factors and is provided solely for transaction notification purposes. Not receiving the order confirmation email does not necessarily mean the transaction was unsuccessful or that the credit card payment failed. Please attempt to make the payment again within the payment deadline, even if you have received a successful authorization SMS or email from the bank. If the order is canceled due to expiration, it means the order was not successfully completed, and you should proceed to reorder.If you are unable to confirm the success of the transaction on the website, please check your consumption details in the "Orders" section of your member account. Any successfully placed order will display the details of the tickets you purchased. If you cannot find the tickets you ordered, it indicates that the transaction was not successful, and you should proceed to place a new order.

    To enhance the security of online credit card payments, the KKTIX ticketing system website has implemented a more secure 3D Secure (3DS) authentication service for credit cards. When members purchase tickets, they will receive a verification code via SMS to ensure that the card number belongs to the cardholder, providing a safer online transaction environment

｜退貨辦法｜

消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以退票申請日為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費。
例：2026/10/31購買，退票截止日為2026/11/3(含)，2026/11/4 (含)起的退票不再受理。
退款時間請詳閱 KKTIX退換票規定。
The deadline for consumers to request a refund is within 3 days of ticket purchase (excluding the purchase date). Refund requests will not be accepted from the 4th day after purchase onward. The refund request date is based on the date the refund application is submitted. A handling fee of 5% of the ticket's face value will be charged.
Example: If purchased on 2026/10/31, the refund deadline is 2026/11/3 (inclusive); refund requests from 2026/11/4 (inclusive) onward will no longer be accepted.

1. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
   Please refrain from purchasing tickets through auction websites or other unauthorized channels outside of KKTIX's official ticketing platform. Do not purchase tickets through unfamiliar proxy services. Both the organizers and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets. To avoid potential fraud or transaction disputes that may impact your rights, it is advised not to buy tickets from unauthorized sources. In the event of entry issues or other problems at the venue, neither the organizers nor KKTIX will be held responsible.
2. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反《文化創意產業發展法》第十條之一第二項規定：將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法！
   Engaging in any form of resale for profit (regardless of reasons such as proxy fees, transportation costs, subsidies, etc.) is in violation of Article 64, Paragraph 2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act. Additionally, according to Article 10-1, Paragraph 2 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act, those selling tickets at prices exceeding the face value are subject to fines ranging from ten to fifty times the face value per ticket, imposed by the municipal or county (city) government, depending on the number of tickets. Please refrain from engaging in such activities to avoid legal consequences.
3. 現場取貨者須憑票券兌換商品，票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發。
   For on-site pickup, please redeem the merchandise with the ticket. The ticket is considered a valuable security document, so please keep it safe. In the event of loss, damage, burning, or any condition that renders it unidentifiable, replacements will not be issued.
4. 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。
   Please do not bring cameras, video cameras, DV devices, or recording devices into the venue. Without prior consent from the organizer, photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited.
5. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法!
   Consumers must purchase tickets and provide valid personal information with their real names. When assisting friends or family in purchasing tickets, consent from the individual whose personal information is being used must be obtained. Purchasing tickets with false information may constitute a violation of Article 210 of the Criminal Code: "Forgery of Private Documents," which carries a penalty of up to five years of imprisonment. Additionally, according to Article 10-1, Paragraph 3 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act: "Using false information or other improper means to purchase tickets for cultural and artistic performances through computers or other related devices, and obtaining booking or ticket collection certificates, shall be punished with imprisonment for up to three years or fined up to NT$3 million, or both." The organizers and KKTIX have the right to immediately cancel the consumer's order in such cases. Please refrain from engaging in unlawful activities.
6. 購票前請詳閱各活動頁注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動頁注意事項。
   Before purchasing tickets, please carefully read the notes and guidelines on each event page. Once the ticket purchase is successful, it is considered as an agreement to all the guidelines mentioned on the event page.
